We’ve always thought it’s better to be welcoming than formal. When you leave one of our Scandic hotels, we want you to take with you the feeling that you’ve been well looked after.
We want you to really relax and feel like you’re among friends – whether you’re with your family on a weekend getaway, attending a business meeting or simply passing by and buying something from our 24-hour shop.
Scandic’s world is more sustainable
We also want to care for the environment. As the Nordic region’s most sustainable hotel chain, we want everyone to be happy, from the eco-minded to the business-minded. If we named all our eco-awards, we’d exhaust you, which goes against our aim of giving you renewed energy. Suffice to say, our hotels serve organic breakfasts, all our electricity comes from wind and water, and we follow the WWF’s recommendations when sourcing fish for our restaurants. (In other words, you’ll never find anything like king prawns on our menus.)
