4potentials aim is to maximize human and organizational potential. The network currently has relationships with approximately 60,000 candidates in Sweden – directly or indirectly. All are searchable. This makes us the leading talent network.

How do we do it?
By creating the best and most genuine relationships between people and organizations. All with different potentials . We focus on live unique personal meetings. No relationship can be built up by the connect is through online. No network can be built up through the Internet . Our owners have over 20 years of relationships in the talent market and has more than 60,000 searchable contacts – with super talents from 20-70 years .

What makes 4potentials ?
4potentials makes organizations more talented by ensuring that they attract , recruit, develop and retain their key competencies. This is done by starting at the other end of the supply of expertise – namely, the individual with quite unique potential.

We have , after many years of experience in talent market taught us that this market is controlled by the individual / of talent needs, attitudes , skills and ideas . To help our members with personal development, both personal and professional, is perhaps our most important task.

Since we believe that all people have their unique potential , we are proud that we do not treat these so-called talents as more than just mere humans. We do not believe in champagne – mingling or event with fleet canapés . We believe in genuine conversation where we talk more about who you are and want to be than you do and have done . Our strength is that we can show emotion , hugging and still be professional with solid processes and tools , for example to find the right candidate for the organization and the right challenge for the individual.

The unique relationship we have with people in our network make us the number 1 on the talent market . Both for more than 3,000 screened and interviewed candidates – and for more than 100 organizations that have worked with us during our years in this market.

Our network currently consists out of about 3,000 talents from students and Young Professionals for Executives . The average age is about 38 years, and educational backgrounds range from engineers , economists, IT specialists , HR to lawyers. But we are really not about age, what you’ve read or what you are doing right now. We want to know who you are and what you want to become. This applies to both our clients and candidates.
