As Head of Finance Transformation, you will by leading the transformation drive stability, transparency, and fact-based decision-making across the organization through insights and innovative analysis. You will be modernizing financial processes and championing the implementation of digital tools such as AI to ensure we remain at the forefront of financial planning and integrated business management.  

Here’s what you will do 

In your role, you will be responsible for leading the finance transformation at Lantmännen Cerealia. This includes two major elements: developing an efficient finance model and implementing financial planning integrated with our business strategy. You will create structures to support data-driven decision-making and prepare the finance function for an M3 cloud implementation. 

As a program lead, you will develop the full transformation plan, including activities, deliverables, timings, and budget. Your role will involve managing program resources, risk management, communication, and reporting to the CFO and a Program Steering Committee. You will work closely with the CFO, supporting ongoing projects and ensuring high performance across all initiatives. This role demands proactive engagement with stakeholders to ensure the transformation program is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest standards in all parts of Cerealias business. 

The position is located in Stockholm and you will be reporting to the CFO. The role is a two-year temporary position, but with the potential for further employment within the group.

Kvalifikationer

You have: 

  • Academic degree in Finance or equivalent 
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in financial analysis, business controlling, financial controlling, and accounting 
  • Extensive experience in leading organizational change 
  • Project management expertise with a strong ability to structure and organize work efficiently 
  • Experience with financial processes and tools, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, BI tools, and financial planning software 
  • Proficiency in IFRS and group accounting standards 
  • Experience from manufacuting or production industry 
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Fluent in English (Nordic language is a plus)
