Billerud is a world leading company in high performance paper and packaging materials. We serve customers in more than 100 countries with renewable and recyclable products made from fibers sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Our materials are the basis of packaging and paper products used by millions of people around the world, 24 hours a day, all year round. We serve customers Every day, our nine production units in Sweden, USA and Finland manufacture tons and tons of materials that our customers convert into milk cartons, fruit boxes, packaging for beauty products, carrier bags, medical packaging, cement sacks, labels and high-end magazines – just to name a few of all applications.

We have together developed a concept that we call, Sustainable Leadership, which consists of clear expectations of our leaders. We have then built tools and trainings to support the leaders to develop and deliver on these expectations. It is through our employees that we will reach our goals and achieve our vision.
