Tele2 IoT are growing rapidly. Since the start in 2013 we are today a team of 130+ action- and result oriented employees looking to increase further to 200+ at year end 2018. In any growing business the HR area is of course a very important focus area and we are now looking for an HR Coordinator to strengthen the HR team.
The IoT HR mission is to translate the IoT business objectives into a set of HR initiatives and actions which contributes to business growth, profitability and high levels of employee engagement.
HR will support and develop the IoT organization by adding value in areas as for example organizational design, leadership development, strategic recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, labor law, employer branding and performance & talent development as well as designing and developing HR processes, guidelines and policies within different fields.
As an HR Coordinator your responsibilities will be both administrative and coordinating, such as support for our managers in our employee mastersystem Succesfactors as well as in other HR areas like performance development, onboarding and learning & development. You will also be involved in working on different HR projects and process implementations. You will work closely with HR and managers in 10 different countries across Europe.
As HR Coordinator you will report to Head of HR, Tele2 IoT.

– experience and knowledge of HR processes and policies

– Fluent in English as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
