We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Product Manager within the Cooking Team based in Stockholm. The position is a temporary contract with the possibility of extension

You will be responsible for optimizing a product portfolio that meets consumer and customer needs, today and in the future, through high quality and sustainable products and packaging. We have strong growth ambitions and are constantly optimizing our product platform in order to satisfy the market needs. This is where your product management skills become crucial.

How you will make an impact:

As Junior Product Manager you will have a unique chance to influence the way we work, applying your determined and professional attitude and your will to make a difference.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Optimization of product portfolio meaning securing optimal quality, nutritional content, sustainability profile and packaging.
  • Secure implementation of new products, packaging and/or designs selected policies on products.
  • Lead product and packaging-related projects and ad hoc assignments.
  • Act as “first entry point” to global product management and innovation team.
  • Responsible, within category, for supply chain driven change projects handling
    co-ordination of quality deviations handling temporary capacity issues.
  • Responsible for input and information into masterdata and administrative systems such as 3DX,  Inriver and Centuri.
  • Lead the Private Label, Ready Solution, Dreamy Dessert and cost savings agenda in Cooking.
  • Secure efficient cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management between category and support functions, i.e. Quality, Legal, packaging, Planning, Sales etc.

What will make you successful:

  • A few years relevant work experience combined with vocational or technical
    education or combination of advanced theoretical knowledge (University Degree)
  • Knowledge of operational procedures and tools in product
    management
  • Project management and analytical skills.
  • Good product/supply chain knowledge.
  • High proficiency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Team player with positive attitude.

You are a meticulous and accurate person with an extremely detailed and structured way of working. You are confident, have a pragmatic and solution oriented approach and is a fast learner. Of course you are also a real foodie, like the rest of the cooking team.
