How you will make an impact
Working with the team to generate innovative ideas for the brands we work with. A strong passion for social media and food inspiration is essential. A passionate and creative content creator with a proven track record in producing engaging social media content, including filming and editing. Skilled in storytelling, with the ability to transform complex concepts into compelling and impactful content tailored to diverse audiences and platforms. Present ideas to clients and guide them through the entire process. Oversee the full content production process from start to finish. In this role, you will report to the Head of Production.
What will make you successful
Knowledge of how social media algorithms work and how to optimize content for organic reach and engagement – but equally important, Knowledge of how humans work and how to make engaging content for that is actually noticed. Proven experience in video production, including shooting, editing and post-production. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud. A creative mindset but still holding a profound love and skill for the craft. A deep understanding for the different platforms (TikTok, Snapchat and META) where your ideas might end up. Full proficiency in Swedish is required. The ability to work on different projects in different phases simultaneously. Drive and an innovative and ambitious mindset, because we are going places. Least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably from an external agency or in-house agency. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, a kind soul and a team player.
