BWH Hotels is the largest independent hotel group in Scandinavia, with hotels owned and operated by local entrepreneurs. We are currently seeking two new Regional Sales Managers, one based in Southern Sweden, preferably in Malmö and the other in Western Sweden, preferably in Gothenburg. - Background from Key Account Management
- Previous experience in handling of agreements for Crew and/or Longstay-projects
Some of your to-do’s
- Drive sales and support our member hotels in sales-related matters
- Negotiate contracts and lead the implementation
- Ensure contract uploads online, through travel agencies, and via self-booking tools
- Be responsible for private and public tenders
- Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and new customers
- Implement commercial goals and sales strategies
- Plan and execute customer activities together with our member hotels
- Participate in industry networks, trade fairs and other salesactivities
You have a minimum of 5 years documented experience in sales. Experience in a similar role within Corporate Sales in the hotel industry, is a plus. You write and speak fluent Swedish. Good knowledge in English is required as you will have regular contact with international colleagues.
