How You Will Make an Impact

As Supply Chain Network Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 professionals across Operational Network Planning, Site Scheduling, and Component Availability Planning, based in Falkenberg, Linköping, and Solna. This role is located in Linköping. Your mission is to ensure the right service at the right cost by driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within short-term planning (0–12 weeks).

  • Optimize and streamline our supply chain – Ensure smooth and cost-effective planning by balancing customer demand, production, inventory, and distribution.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team – Set clear objectives, foster a strong culture of accountability, and drive engagement through coaching and mentorship.
  • Drive transformation as part of the E2E planning program implementation – Implement best practices, leverage digitalization, and enhance ways of working across the planning network.
  • Collaborate across functions – Work closely with global and local teams in planning, production, logistics, and commercial functions to drive operational excellence.
  • Deliver business impact – Strengthen the link between optimized planning and business performance, ensuring a balance between service, cost, and sustainability.

 

What Will Make You Successful

We believe you have proven leadership skills (+5 years) and you are experienced in leading teams, setting direction, and driving performance in a fast-paced environment. We also believe you have strong business acumen & strategic thinking as well as you have good understanding of supply chain planning dynamics and how to align them with business objectives. You have the ability to drive transformation, improve processes, and embed a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Stakeholder management – Skilled at building relationships, influencing key stakeholders, and working cross-functionally in a complex organization.
  • Data-driven decision making – Ability to interpret KPIs, optimize planning efficiency, and drive operational excellence.
  • Experience in transformation and change management is a plus
  • Relevant university education within supply chain, engineering or management
  • Fluent in English, Swedish language is a big merit
  • Profound planning and performance management experience is desirable
  • Ability to connect with a team that is located in 3 different locations (Linköping, Falkenberg & Stockholm) and ability to take day trips to sites when necessary
