We are currently looking for a Global Project Manager & Communications Specialist to join our Global Communications team at the Stockholm Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment where communication plays a vital role in shaping our brand perception globally.
As a Project Manager & Communications Specialist, you will be a key player within our Project & Production Management team, driving and executing communication projects with an omni-channel approach for both internal and external audiences. You will work cross-functionally, applying agile and other project management methodologies to deliver impactful, strategic results.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and executing communication projects for internal and external audiences, aligned with our strategy and business goals.
- Planning and managing both proactive and reactive projects with an omni-channel approach.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration and facilitating project deliveries efficiently.
- Monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators to measure success.
- Managing project interdependencies, ensuring risks and issues are communicated to stakeholders.
- Providing communications advice and counsel within the department and across group brands and functions.
- Managing project budgets where applicable, and following up on performance.
- Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and encouraging co-creation across the organization.
- Contributing to the overall goals of Global Communications and the Project & Production Management team.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and communications.
- Expertise in developing and monitoring KPIs for multi-channel communication projects.
- Strong experience in data and insights-driven communication strategies.
- Experience with internal communications and change communications.
- Advanced project management skills with the ability to deliver efficiently under pressure.
- Solid strategic understanding of all communications disciplines.
- Proactive team player with leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Adaptability to change and the ability to adjust strategies as needed.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong self-leadership, with a structured and service-oriented approach.
