How will you make an impact?
You will join an ambitious, supply chain finance organization that has established a clear focus on our international supply chain. You will be a part of a team, that provide all the data Global Supply Chain need for the performance dialogue of current sites, and are further responsible for setting up systems and processes that can be used for data capture, forecasting, reporting.
In this role you will work closely and spar with a strong team across Supply Chain Finance Process Optimization where there are continuous opportunities to learn and develop. You key responsibilities will be:
- Maintain and develop current tools for performance management measurements and standards within Supply Chain, introduce new ways of working with the support from your colleagues
- Act as Project manager on the projects within SC Finance Process Optimization area and IT organization
- Develop and enhance new reporting tools and data driven solutions, focusing on continuous improvement working closely with the team
- Make sure that standards and processes are being followed, communicated and implemented, reflected in the tools and reports
- Participate in collaboration with IT and Supply Chain Finance team and other various stakeholders cross functionally
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders in Global Supply Chain, Finance Business Partners and IT, ensuring efficient project progression and execution and standardization of processes and systems.
- Create training, guidelines and manuals, prepare training sessions, coordinate appropriate communication with your colleagues
Aarhus/Århus and Viby
Arla Foods HQ is situated in Viby, outside Aarhus. Arla Foods also have a office in Copenhagen.
You can travel to Aarhus by train or car from Copenhagen or Sweden. Aarhus the second-largest city in Denmark with nearly 380 000 people living in the municipality .
What will make you successful
You have a relevant financial master’s degree and several years within finance function giving you solid theoretical and practical knowledge that matches your business acumen. We also look forward to seeing candidates with:

- Experienced with project management and implementation of new processes, IT systems and reporting solutions
- Project lead, with a strong toolbox, emphasizing execution and effective stakeholder management with passion for development and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain, performance management tools in complex system environments
- Experience with SAP, as well as other relevant reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate in different organization such as IT, different department in Supply Chain finance, Supply Chain operations, corporate finance
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience with stakeholder management within various areas of the business and with different backgrounds
- Data driven approach – experience with analytical tools and reports
- Willingness and capability to contribute as a senior specialist and subject matter expert in the team
- Experience and knowledge of ERP systems for Supply Chain, such SAP S/4 in general, SAP EWM, SAP TM and others is an advantage
