Digital Commercial Project Manager, H&M

H&M looking for a Digital Commercial Project Manager to Stockholm

Key Responsibilities 
  • – Initiate, plan and drive digital commercial projects and events to secure commercial excellence and digital profitable growth
  • – Work closely with digital commercial teams to secure end to end digital experience in regards to digital commercial projects
  • – Set frameworks and hold together planning & distribution of all Digital & Commercial information
  • – Identify opportunity areas that contributes to both inspirational and commercial product presentation
  • – Develop and set clear guidelines, frameworks, methods and WoW built on knowledge and best practices to secure commercial excellence and share/drive insights in communities, L&D and playbooks
  • – Build up training materials and guidelines including upskilling franchise teams

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are creative and not afraid of trying new ways of working/thinking outside the box, rolling up your sleeves and getting the problem solved. You are driven, a self-starter and a doer always with a result-oriented mindset. We also believe that you are structured, flexible, like taking responsibility and have the ability to adapt to new and sometimes undefined conditions.

What you need to succeed: 

  • An education background in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
  •  Experience working in commercially oriented eCommerce/digital roles.
  • Project management skills and the ability to lead larger initiatives that span cross multiple teams
  • Experience employing data and insights to develop a deep understanding of our business and adapt approaches accordingly to capture more value
  • Proven ability to engage large communities/stakeholders to share best practices, set/evolve process and identify new business opportunities
  • Proactive, curious and innovative approach to problem solving with a constant improvement mindset.
  • Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
  • Knowledge in commonly used systems and tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics and AEM

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible and is based on-site in our Head Offices in Stockholm.
