Business Analyst, H&M, Stockholm

H&M group has since 2008 worked with Franchise partners around the world, in markets where there is a big interest from a customer point of view, but where the possibility of operating alone is restricted. The H&M Brand has a team supporting our partners based at the Head Office in Stockholm. In this team we work to create the best conditions for our partners’ in order to help them drive store and online sales. We travel to the markets to find commercial opportunities and to secure our Brand is perceived in the best possible way.  You will work closely with the team and our partners, independently drive analysis projects, working on a broad variety of topics to achieve commercial excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • – Collect and analyze sales, customer and traffic data to deliver insights and actions on digital experience and performance ​.
  • Work on a broad variety of challenges, turning strategic business questions into actionable insights, providing recommendations and supporting decision making based on evaluation of business needs, data and performance​.
  • – Execute and set full process digital analysis from budget, forecast to final execution and sales follow up ​
  • – Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to secure alignment and progress within the area of digital commercial analysis. Upskill our franchise partners in data driven e-commerce.
  • – Develop and build reports, frameworks, methods and WoW built on knowledge and best practices and share/drive insights in communities, L&D and playbooks​
  • – Contribute to global digital growth through securing an exceptional digital customer experience and commercial excellence that adds customer value,  maximize profitable selling and strengthens our brand

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we see that you have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy working with systems, you are a self-starter and a creative problem solver. You have great communication skills and thrive in working with a variety of stakeholders, you can be flexible and adaptive to changing business needs. ​

  • An education background in a related field such as Business, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
  • 4 plus years’ experience working in commercially oriented e-commerce/digital roles and have experience driving business results.
  • Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills and skilled in translating and explaining complex data analysis to non-technical and/or senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of web analytics and A/B testing tools, such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Content Square, SQL, Optimizely  etc
  • Experience conducting analysis and utilizing insights to develop a deep understanding of our business and creating results.
  • The ability to drive change across large communities and lead larger initiatives, including new ways of working, processes, and adoption of best practices to secure growth.

 

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible and is based on-site in our Head Offices in Stockholm.
