Role and responsibilities
We are now looking to grow our team and recruiting a Business Analyst to our BTS Stockholm office! You’ll take on an exciting role working with our wide range of simulation-based learning experiences. Your daily responsibilities are including conducting research on clients and industries, carrying out client interviews, generating ideas for new programmes, testing simulations, providing feedback, and facilitating programme components with clients.
Preferred Skills

- Fluent in English and good Swedish language skills
- General business and financial acumen
- Higher education degree
We are looking for newly graduates up to maybe 2 years maximum of experience. We don’t mind what you’ve studied – we’ve successfully hired candidates from a range of academic disciplines. We expect you to have a general understanding of business and financial acumen and have an interest in developing these skills.
