Your Responsibilities
- You support the preparation and review of accounting entries, such as customer clearings, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
- You assist with the monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and help investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- You contribute to daily cash reconciliations and monitor incoming and outgoing payments.
- You prepare payment runs and support the invoice approval process using our expense management tool.
- You work with Excel and other tools to prepare and analyse financial data to support reporting activities.
- You support the team during the monthly and year-end closing processes.
- You assist in preparing financial reports for our global Finance team.
- You help prepare documentation required for internal and external audits.
- You contribute to improving accounting processes and systems.
Your Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable commercial qualification (e.g., apprenticeship in accounting, finance, or tax).
- Initial professional experience in accounting (ideally 2–4 years).
- Basic knowledge of Swedish GAAP.
- First experience supporting monthly closing activities or balance sheet reconciliations is a plus.
- Good Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP or similar functions).
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
