How you will make an impact
In this role, you will lead change management activities and communication within the HR area. Your key responsibility will be to drive, coordinate, and follow up on the progress of change management workstreams within the scope of HR projects and the LOTS plan.
This role is temporary until September 2027.
Your main tasks will include
- Creating and executing change management plans.
- Supporting agile team work in various areas, especially communication and change management.
- Managing stakeholders effectively at different levels.
- Designing guidelines and training materials.
- Delivering training sessions depending on project needs.
- Handling ad hoc administrative tasks related to project management, such as updating project plans, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and scheduling trainings.
What will make you successful
Ideally, you hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Change Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field.
You have experience in change management, communication, or HR, and ideally some exposure to internal communication. You enjoy working with communication tools, creating storylines, and preparing engaging presentations and newsletters. You are diligent and detail-oriented, ensuring thorough preparation for meetings and projects. Your proactive nature, high degree of autonomy, and energy enable you to thrive in a demanding environment. You are comfortable managing stakeholders at different levels and excel at storytelling to make complex messages clear and engaging.
You should be proficient in MS office tools and possess strong communication skills in both writing and speech. Knowledge of change management models and theory, such as ADKAR, is essential. A general business acumen and understanding of HR processes will help you navigate the role effectively. Your ability to design guidelines and training materials, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills, will set you apart. Finally, you must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
