About the role
In AFI we want to continue our strong contribution to ensure more natural, functional and sustainable nutrition. To support our ambitious business strategy, we are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Business Partner. You will join our People and Culture team consisting of 16 colleagues, as part of the sub team P&C Site team, where we are 6 colleagues in UK and Dk.
The new HR Business Partner will be supporting our Supply Chain organization and drive the HR Processes according to the HR annual activities, and you will also drive selected focus areas defined in our business plan and in general support activities needed to meet the future requirements.
How you will make an impact
The essentials in our HR Strategy covers culture, diversity and inclusion, leadership and development, employer branding and recruitment. Within these areas you can expect to execute our HR Strategy into concrete initiatives and deployable activities.
More specifically, your responsibilities include
- Drive and execute HR processes according to the annual HR plan
- Translate strategic initiatives into concrete projects and deployable activities
- Participate in and lead selected HR projects, ensuring strong execution and follow‑through
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to Supply Chain leadership teams and carry out activities with them
- Support organisational development initiatives aligned with AFI’s growth strategy
What will make you successful
You hold a Master’s degree within business, HRM or an equivalent discipline, and you have at least three years of experience as a HR Business Partner or a similar role. Ideally you have experience from a matrix organisation working with stakeholders from across the HR community.
You demonstrate drive and energy and a track record of creating results. You have the skills to be a strong and structured project lead, ensuring solid and timely execution – and you like to do this in collaboration with colleagues.
You have a curious and collaborative nature and can easily communicate with as well leadership teams as specialists on the shop floor. You have a keen interest and insight in organisation, business and people, and you are able to build strong and trusted relations.
You communicate effortless in Danish and English.
