We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Arla Europe to drive the strategic agenda, support the Head of Europe and European Leadership Team and act as the trusted advisor to the Head of Europe Business Development, whom the position will be reporting to.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of Arla Europe, facilitate key meetings and support the Head of Europe Business Development in orchestrating the annual wheel. You will be part of the European Business Development team as well as our Strategy and Business Development community, which consists of high-caliber people with e.g. top-tier consulting backgrounds.

You areas of responsibilities will be
- Executive support Work closely with Head of Europe Business Development and Head of Europe to provide support in various areas such as conducting research, prepare impactful presentations, and effectively facilitate the meeting cadence and annual business planning process. Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Europe Business Development to identify key topics for the European Leadership team, enabling the team to make informed decisions and work efficiently.
- Strategy development You drive the implementation of our Future26 Strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives to create short- and long-term impact. This includes being proactive in developing project plans, setting goals, allocating resources and driving progress to meet our objectives.
What will make you successful
The ideal candidate has a consultancy or strategy development background. Alternatively, you have experience from a strategy manager role in an international company combined with a solid educational background, probably within Business Administration.
In order to be successful in this role you have a solid strategy toolbox (e.g. business case, structured problem solving, communication and project management skills). Furthermore, you have excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel and fluency in English is a must.
