…As an Executive Trainee, you will a part of our ambitious, year-long, talent program based out of the Tele2 headquarters in Stockholm. There, you’ll work closely with – and be mentored by – a top Tele2 executive and you’ll assist with his or her daily endeavors. On top of that you will also be given opportunities to participate in other projects throughout the organization.
By working close to the Tele2 Leadership while simultaneously working to improve Tele2, we know you will have a challenging and stimulating work environment. We also know this will give you the best opportunity to create a strong foundation for a successful future career within Tele2 and/or the Kinnevik family.

… Master degree in Business and/or Engineering
… Proven academic excellence
…International experience, e.g. exchange semesters

…Experience from relevant extracurricular activities such as student associations
…Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

… A non-prestigious challenger with a hardworking attitude, who isn’t afraid of getting the hands dirty and who know how to have fun in and out of the office. You are flexible and comfortable with working at warp speed, and when you get a great idea you’ll let people know you might have found the solution. If there’s a calm day at work you won’t hesitate to go home early because even great talents have to take a half-day.
