About the position 
What if you could go to your work and develop both yourself and others, every day? For Supply Chain and Customer Service, we are currently looking for a Team Leader to a new built team at Billerud’s head office in Solna. As a Team Leader your responsibility is to operationally and strategically support and develop the existing business. The main purpose of the position is to lead and develop the team and your department. You will be part of a committed organization where this is a leader position of a team of Customer Service Specialist. As an organization, we distinguish ourselves as flexible, with constant customer focus at all levels.

Your main duties are: 

  • Coach and develop the team.
  • Develop and improve way of working, this by being responsible for the service level, processes and commitments based on customer promises.
  • Establish and follow-up the team’s targets and KPI’s. 
  • Co-operate and coordinate with other interfaces within Supply Chain, Commercial, the production departments and other business segments.
  • Managing and participating in relevant projects.
  • Establish a customer focused environment and also be able to handle own customers.

This is a permanent position and located at Billeruds head office, Stockholm – Solna. This position reports to Senior Manager Customer Service.


To succeed in the role as Team Leader in Customer Service we want you to have:

  • A post-secondary education, Bachelor’s degree or Master of Science/Business Administration, Logistics or Economics is advantageous, or equivalent qualification.
  • Solid leadership experience.
  • Good IT- and ERP knowledge, for example in IFS, SFS, SAP or similar. 
  • Experience of a customer-oriented role (B2B) and the order to cash process is a merit.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain processes is a merit. 
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, both oral and written. Knowledge in Swedish, Spanish, Italian or German is a merit.
  • Be an ambassador of Billeruds core values; Place our customer in the centre, Dare to innovate, Lead the change, Care for each other. 

Personal qualities

To be a good fit to our organization, you are a solid leader with a coaching approach. At the same time, we expect you to have great communication skills and a strategic mindset. To succeed in the role of Team Leader, you enjoy change management and are motivated by continuous improvement, for the good of the team and the company. You have structure in your way of working and good analytical skills. You also need to have the ability to work independently and proactively. Finally, you are a strong collaborator with a “team before self” approach.
