About The role:
This is a position that sits in the center of the organisation driving the development of the Nobia Strategy together with the Head of Strategy, CEO and the General Management team. You will facilitate the implementation of the Strategy within Nobias different areas. This is a unique position where you will be involved in all different aspects of the strategy for the future of Nobia. A new Strategy has just been launched and an improved Governance model is under development. This person will be key in how the Nobia strategy will be followed up. An important part of this position is setting the format on, and creating progress reports, including KPIs. In other words, you will be a key part in Nobias future strategy work.
Key responsabilites:
The strategy manager is an integral part of all responsibility areas of the Nobia strategy office. The strategy manager reports to Nobia Head of strategy, Fredrik Nyström.
-Facilitate Nobia General Management and the Nobia Board in the continuous development of the Nobia strategy.
-Facilitate the management of strategic initiatives and sub activities connected to the strategy
-Drive strategic initiatives and/or sub-projects
-Facilitate in the development of the Governance of the strategy
-Facilitate in the reporting on execution of the strategy, including progress, financial development and KPIs
-Responsible for the KPIs linked to the strategy
-Set KPIs to be followed up by the Nobia Board, CEO and Head of strategy
-Identify how to follow up the specific KPIs together with BI or other relevant party
-Create reports to the General Management and the Nobia Board quarterly
Background:
–Degree in Business or Engineering.
-Minimum 4 years working experience.
-Generalist – with experience from strategy work and/or program office.
-Experience from running projects.
-Used to working with senior executives.
