Senior HR Business Partner – Billerud

What if you could go to work and contribute to a sustainable future? We are now looking for a Senior HRBP to our headquarter in Solna!

As Senior HR Business Partner you will develop and implement Billerud people strategy in alignment with the overall company strategy and objectives. You will be part of an international team and work closely with the selected functions where you will contribute with both operational and strategic perspectives.

Your main duties will be to:

  • Partner with business leaders to drive the people and organisational agenda to achieve more efficient organisational results
  • Bring business perspectives and business goal practises into HR decision making
  • Be a sounding board for our leaders and roll out our people processes throughout the year (recruitments, performance management, talent and succession management, compensation & benefits, development programs etc)
  • Foster our managers in Sustainable Leadership and encourage our leaders to set the direction and unlock the potential of all employees
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, collaborate with our unions and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with the global HR community to design and deliver the implementation of HR programmes and initiatives

We are looking for a candidate with experience from HR

  • -University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Business administration or other related fields of study
  • -Extensive, at least 5+ years of experience from HR Business Partnering, preferably in an international organisation
  • -Fluency in Swedish and English
  • -Knowledge of Swedish labour law. It is an advantage if you also have knowledge of labour law in one or more other European countries
  • -Proven strong track record of change management projects
