Senior Director Foodservice, Sweden

Is it your ambition to manage our food service team and determine the course for the Swedish market? Then this is the position for you! We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Senior Director Foodservice for Sweden.
Taking foodservice to the next level
Fueled by your passion and dedication, you are responsible for the performance of the Swedish foodservice business and leading a team of app. 30 people. You play a key role in developing the business and your team with the aim of achieving growth and delivering results. You report to the Swedish Managing Director with a dotted line to the Head of Foodservice Europe. You´re also part of the Swedish leadership.
In this role you will develop and shape the foodservice agenda to continue delivering significant growth. Through your customer centric mindset you set the right strategy for the department that captures the opportunities in Swedish foodservice trade and the need of our customers. You have a natural flair for working with larger teams and feel motivated by developing people. You thrive in a business environment that offers many different stakeholders and you have experience in working across the value chain in larger organizations.
FMCG experience and a motivating leader
Your background and interest in dairy products can be derived from various positions within the FMCG industry. You bring substantial sales and management experience and it is in your nature to determine the strategy for a department / business. Preferably 3-5 years of strategic foodservice experience with full P&L responsibility.
You are accustomed to conducting negotiations at various levels. Your persistent character makes you a reliable, strategic business partner. You are ambitious and know how to inspire others. In addition to good communication skills, you are able to build solid and long-term relationships with your stakeholders such as wholesalers and key accounts.
