Sales Capability Director – BillerudKorsnäs

We are now looking for an experienced Sales Director to accelerate sales by supporting the teams in their targeted development and growth! The purpose of this role is to lead Sales Capability Development in the full Commercial team through developing and implementing sales capability development and training programs and to build and follow up on coaching programs to sales leaders.

Your main duties will be to:

  • Develop and manage the Learning and Development Function in Commercial
  • Build strategy for Learning and Development based on the company strategy, commercial needs and sales capability development roadmap
  • Design and deliver sales and coaching capability program “Commercial Academy” to the sales organizations with a mix of internally owned training material and external resources where needed
  • Develop and run a coaching network to ensure sales leaders have the right tools to coach the teams on daily basis
  • Design and maintain the material needed for onboarding into sales in the areas of sales methodologies, sales processes, enablement tools and commercial legal compliance to name a few examples.
  • Build and manage a regularly reported KPI deck/management report of progress in the sales capability areas identified as most impactful

Qualifications

  • -Solid, +5 years’ experience from leading others successfully in B2B sales
  • -Deep understanding about working with team goals and individuals’ sales targets.
  • -Excellent skills in customer understanding and setting joint business plans (Account plans) that are actionable for both supplier and customer.
  • -Awareness of insight selling/challenger sales or similar sales methodologies
  • -Excellent negotiator
