As a Project Manager within Tele2 IoT you will be responsible to make sure the complete band is in order, all the way from planning the tour to striking the last riff. You will be part of defining what to do to make sure all preparations are done to secure a fantastic blast right on time. You are expected to have experience from, and being able to bring the most out of, both Agile and traditional delivery methods. You need to be senior enough to understand the big picture, but still hungry to walk the extra mile when needed. On top of securing the deliveries you are expected to contribute with a great attitude.

So, what we are looking for in this Rock Star is a great personality to match our great band – IoT. To be able to thrive in the IoT startup-like environment you’ll need a well-developed common sense, great communication skills, ability to motivate yourself and others topped up with the ability to manage chaos. A positive attitude with the ability to see possibilities in the daily challenges along with excellent collaboration skills is a must as in any major band. Communication is usually performed in English, but also in Swedish from time to time.
Surely you have lead some sort of project before. The more and bigger the better, but that’s just a plus. We are running the projects in a mix of different project methodologies, i.e. we are flexible and chose the best set up for the work at hand.
With all this said, we’re still looking for the best match when it comes to personality!
