We are looking for a doer and forward-looking Communications Lead to lead company overall projects and administration within the area of external and internal communication and to work broadly with coordination of recurring activities related to communication.
What will you do?
As Communications Lead, you work closely with the entire organization, being responsible for SF Studios internal and external communication plan/ agenda. You will work with further developing our communications strategy and channels, including our website, social media, intranet and press releases, as well as taking responsibility for our employer branding communication and how SF Studios is shown as an employer in internal and external communication. You will also be responsible for driving key projects related to SF Studios’ brand, e.g. SF Studios’ 100 years anniversary, all the way from planning and budgeting to execution and follow-up.
You will have the overall responsibility of recurring internal activities such as conferences, staff meetings, inspirational lunch seminars, social personnel events and for coordinating communication material for industry festivals and major external events.
You will be deeply involved in various internal initiatives related to people and organization to provide support in communication and change management around those initiatives.
You will belong to SF Studios’ HR and Communication team which supports all countries where SF Studios has operations (currently all Nordic countries and the UK).

We are looking for a person with a positive mindset that sees solutions rather than problems. You hold a university degree within business or an equivalent discipline, and you have documented, but not necessarily long, experience of similar positions.
In addition to excellent knowledge in Swedish, you are very comfortable to speak and write in English. Knowledge in other Nordic languages is meritorious.
