Nobia is Europe’s leading kitchen specialist. The operation consists of developing, manufacturing and selling kitchens through 16 strong brands and as a contract manufacturer.
Nobia is going through an exciting and expansive phase at the moment. New strategies are in place which focus on putting the customer experience and digital development at the focal point. Nobia is investing heavily in the digital space and we’re building new digital products using the latest technology in order to create unique consumer experiences. In total we develop and manage 21 different brand websites together with local digital teams.
About the Role:
We are looking for a commercial and customer focused Group Website Owner to develop and maintain a vision for the customer experience on Nobia websites! You will be a part of Nobia’s Group Marketing Team headed by Nobia’s CMO and the gatekeeper for the overall customer experience and digital strategy on Nobia’s websites.
Operations – work together with the central and local digital team to manage the daily operations of our 21 websites. This means ensuring a consistent and inspiring customer experience that delivers according to targets and KPIs.
Development – work alongside product managers, developers, UX designers, CRO Specialists and analysts in the Group Marketing team and our brands to develop new scalable functionality, relevant content, run Conversion Rate Optimization programs and deliver continuous improvements.
Acquisitions – Work together with local digital teams to improve the performance of the digital marketing spend.
Best Practice – define and implement best practice across all websites.
The position requires deep customer focus, strong self-motivation and great project management skills. Skills:
- Deep knowledge in digital marketing, communication and web development.
- You are experienced within Account Management or similar tasks and have skills in Project management.
- Experience from Inbound Marketing (Marketing Automation).
- You have an agile approach and confidence in web-user experience.
- Service design and CX passion.
- Leadership skills, you feel comfortable with leading a team of people with different competencies, front-end and back-end.
