Job Description:
The Omnichannel programme is a key strategic pillar in Nobia’s growth strategy. This role sits within the Central Marketing function, where the Digital team is one of the most innovative and fastest growing teams at Nobia. The Omnichannel Producer will be in a unique position to shape and deliver on the Omnichannel Vision for Nobia but leading and delivering on specific initiatives and products, and seeing them rolled out to the group. This position will be integral in accelerating Nobia’s efforts to create a seamless consumer experience between digital and physical retail, that empowers both consumer and salesperson.
Key Responsibilities:
-Working with and co-ordinating many parts of the organisation (eg sales, retail, product, digital, brand) to support the delviery of scalable consumer centric products
-Owning the measurement, evolution and optimisation of omni products and helping the brands adopt them
-Ensuring that digital omni solutions stay true to the wider consumer experience (that the consumer experience is considered with it’s human and physical counterparts)
-Working within larger delivery projects (eg test store establishment) to ensure the products are adapted and established in a logical and scalable way
-Owning Lab products/workstreams, for example taking a topic and leading the lab process to conclusion and development of product
-Apply growth-hacking principles to Omni work and ensure there is a bridge and link to the Digital Growth team
-Oversee and direct multiple work streams across multiple digital products
-Contribute to building an positive environment where continuous improvement of the way of work is in focus and where everyone’s common goal is to deliver outstanding user experiences as fast as possible
-Help shape project approaches / plans and activities. Plan project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources and budget
Experience required:
-Digital: experience in digital projects, content, UX, functionality, digital product development. Use of CMS, analytics, a/b testing methodology, google analytics
-Retail : experience with omnichannel solutions reaching to stores and sales forces
-Project Management (plans, risks, resourcing, budgets etc
-Stakeholder management
-Budget and KPI followup
-Start-up experience
