This is what you will do

In this role, you will be part of the IT Infrastructure & Operations team, working in one of our core functions IT Support Center. In the position as Platform Manager IT Support you will drive the platform forward, be responsible for roadmaps, follow up on service deliveries towards our vendors and have daily contact with the specialists in the team. IT Support Center includes Onsite support for our headquarters in Stockholm and Malmö, Telecom support and outsourced Servicedesk. In order to ensure that the IT Support Platform is meeting future needs, target architecture, principles and guidelines, you will also need to identify stakeholders and build strong relationships within Lantmännen as well as externally. Another important task in this role is to keep up with new technologies (mainly within Telecom) with focus on creating business value for Lantmännen and to be able to identify future needs in our businesses.

The position can be based either at our office in Malmö, in Stockholm or Enköping and you report to the Manager IT Support Center. Regular travel between the offices as well as site visits is to be expected.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • A few years work experience in IT, IT Support or similar.
  • Preferably experience from working in telecom.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

  • Skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You are skilled in adjusting your style and delivery to various audiences.
  • A doer who enjoys taking initiatives and has a pragmatic approach to challenges
  • Analytic and insightful, you break down and analyze information efficiently and suggests realistic and practical solutions.
  • A leader who can delegate assignments to the right individuals as needed.
