Do you want to work with international sales and support the distribution of Nordic feature films in the world? For almost a hundred years, SF Studios have been the leading film company in the Nordics, with a head office in Stockholm, Sweden and affiliates in Norway, Denmark and Finland. SF Studios produce filmed entertainment for cinema, television and home entertainment and is the leading distributor of local and foreign film in the Swedish market.
Apart from the extensive library of Nordic films SF Studios own, they also acquire, co-produce and produce new titles every year. Now they are looking for new talent to take on the role as International Sales Manager and be responsible for licensing all those Nordic feature films, TV Series and family films to distributors and broadcasters outside of Scandinavia. Furthermore, the role entails mapping, learning and establishing contact with all key distributors and broadcasters in specific territories and participating in the overall planning of yearly marketing and sales activities. You will also have the amazing opportunity to attend film and TV festivals all over the world that SF Studios participate in on a yearly basis!
To succeed in this role, we believe you
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics, or an equivalent education from business schools such as e.g. IHM.
- Have 3-5 years of experience from B2B sales.
- Have strong social skills and the ability to establish and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Possess skills within project management and administration, and have a business-oriented mindset,
- Strategic mindset
- Have excellent skills in English, both oral and written.
Extra: Having experience from International business, different cultures, licensing rights within the media business and fluency in Spanish are all strong advantages.

The role reports to the Head of International Sales at SF Studios, and is a member of the international sales team and SF Studios’ Distribution business area. You should be able to travel a lot and on your own, as the position includes 30-60 traveling days/year. The role is based at the head office at Sveavägen 56 in Stockholm, Sweden.
