We are now looking for a HR-Generalist

We can offer you an exciting HR- Generalist role where you will have the opportunity to work with business-oriented HR in an international organization where HR holds a strong mandate. In this role, you will report to Senior HR Manager for Commercial & Group Functions and become part of an engaged HR team characterized by collaboration and knowledge sharing.
In this role, you will support the Commercial division and Group Functions such as Legal, Sustainability, Finance and Special Projects with the full spectrum of HR matters. As an HR- Generalist, you will develop and implement Billerud’s personnel strategy in line with the company’s overall strategy and goals. You will be part of an international HR – team and work closely with the functions where you will contribute with both operational and strategic perspectives.
Your main tasks will be:
- Collaborate with managers within Commercial and Group Functions to drive the People agenda and achieve effective results within the organization.
- Work closely with the business and integrate business perspectives and business goals into decision-making within HR.
- Act as a sounding board for the leaders and implement HR processes throughout the year (personnel matters, recruitment, labor law, employee engagement surveys, talent and succession management, performance management, compensation & benefits, development programs, etc.).
- Train leaders in sustainable leadership and encourage them to set direction and unlock the potential of all employees.
- Provide expertise on legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, collaborating with our union partners.
The position is based at Billerud’s headquarters in Solna.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we believe you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a broad and business-oriented HR role, preferably within a larger international organization.
- You hold a university degree in HR, psychology, social sciences, business administration, or other related fields of study.
- You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
- You possess knowledge of Swedish labor law and have participated in negotiations.
- You have experience working with all processes in the HR annual cycle and have driven change projects.
- You are accustomed to working in business-oriented environments and able to prioritize accordingly.
Additionally, you have experience in stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with managers both remotely in other parts of the country and on-site at the headquarters. A background in recruitment is a plus.
