HR Director, Supply Chain and Global Procurement, Arla Foods Sweden

We are looking for an experienced and talented HR leader who will work together with the functions and business on leading a high performing organization, lead the HR agenda whilst supporting the many transformational activities across functions. This could be your opportunity to be part of the Senior Leadership Team in Arla and shape the future with us. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Key advisor and sparring partner
Overall, you will act as a key advisor and sparring partner to the Global Procurement Leadership teams and the Swedish SC leadership team on implementing the overall business plan and strategy as well as managing the day-to-day operation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead the implementation of the Arla People strategy and it will be your responsibility to identify people and organizational needs to meet the business strategy and drive implementation – and function as a guardian of HR excellence.

It is also part of your job to ensure that the key HR processes are implemented and anchored throughout the organization and to provide professional support and advice for the line management on all issues in the employee life-cycle. To do this you manage a team of 8 HRBP´s that are based throughout the sites in Sweden.

This position will give you a unique opportunity to shape your own job and significantly influence the people agenda, whilst creating a solid network across Arla. You will report directly to the VP HR- SC and Corporate functions whilst working closely with the local HR team in Sweden.

Solid HR insight and consultative skills
You either hold a relevant degree within Business, HRM or an equivalent discipline and your solid experience in developing organizations and leaders has given you in-depth knowledge of both strategic and operational HR.

You have a background as HR manager /HRBP in a large, global company and thanks to your strong business acumen you have already proven your talent of executing change strategies together with leaders at all organizational levels. You have worked at both local and global roles in HR managing multiple stakeholders and have experience with Global Shared Service center environment. This requires personal impact, strong self-organizing skills, authority and pace. Your level of drive lies far above average, and with your can-do attitude you can easily convince your stakeholders that you can create sustainable results in a changing environment as well as deliver those outcomes.
