Munters are looking for a Global S&OP Manger. Overall objective for this role is to enable successful growth for Munters by building a stable, transparent and predictable supply chain that stretches all the way from forecasting customer demand, through production planning to delivery.

Location is preferably at Munters HQ in Kista, Stockholm. You will report to Head of Logistics & Supply Chain.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Lead and develop the Global S&OP process in the end-to-end value chain cross functions. Keep participants on track and facilitate towards decision making
- Facilitates monthly S&OP process and Executive S&OP meeting
- Participates in regional/Global Demand Review Meeting as well as in Regional/Global Supply Review Meeting
- Support in making informed and timely decisions securing efficiency in planning, production, and financial point of view
- Carries out scenario planning and various analyses related to cases and issues by gathering valuable insights
- S&OP Process owner and lead the S&OP development network
- Lead implementation of process improvements and digitalized analytics
To be successful in this position you need to be strong in analyzing data and understand demand and supply dependencies with a customer focus. You facilitate change with ease, can manage stakeholders, and have great presentation and negotiation skills. Collaboration is in the core of your character, and you have an excellent ability to understand the needs of Munters business and transform the balancing of demand and supply planning into successful execution.
You probably have MSc degree in engineering OR logistics, business, MBA or similar, Supply Chain master degree or equivalent.
You need to be fluent in English, while we consider Swedish as beneficial.
You have 10+ years of working experience in a manufacturing/industrial company, preferably within the area of Supply Chain/S&OP.
