We are now launching our Revenue Center Academy (RCA), where we will be building the future stars of Revenue Management.
The position?
As an Academy Trainee, you’ll jump right into the fast-paced world of Revenue Management, getting hands-on with real challenges from day one. By the end of the program, you’ll have everything you need to hit the ground running and make an impact in Revenue Management.
You’ll team up with your Academy Mentor, who’ll guide you every step of the way. You’ll dive into the day-to-day hustle of Revenue Management, while also exploring other departments to get a 360° view of BWH Hotels.
Who are you?
We’re on the hunt for the next generation of Revenue Managers. Whether you’re a recent grad, have experience in hotel operations, or are currently studying and ready to dive into a 50/50 work-study balance, we want to hear from you.
You’re analytical, curious, and eager to master Revenue Management. Tech-savvy and excited by new systems, you’re driven to achieve the best results.
Fluency in English is a must; Swedish is a plus but not required.
