Toyota Material Handling International AB (TMHI) is responsible for marketing, sales and support of warehouse trucks and parts including BT and Raymond brands in the ALOMA (Asia, Latin America,Oceania, Middle East and Africa) markets. Our network consists of six Toyota sales companies and more than 70 independent distributors. The TMHI markets are in strong growth and with exceptional potential. To cope with the growth but also with our ambitions, we are looking to strengthen and develop our team with two business developers.
Business Developer, Service Market
A Business Developer at TMHI is a forerunner for our service market business, which is perhaps the most important part of our business from a profitability aspect. Our challenge: become the best service provider in the industry.
Your challenge is to plan, prepare, execute and follow-up activities related to our parts- and service business. You will support our field team of Regional Service Managers in a wide range of strategical, tactical and practical activities. This is an important role and we expect you to grow and take full ownership in the following areas:
• Drive ours, and our customers, profitability through parts and service business initiatives
• Back our field team of Regional Service Managers in business development activities
• Enable our customers success through tactical and strategic initiatives and projects

You will report to the Manager Service Market, TMHI AB, and be stationed at our HQ in Mjölby (Östergötland), Sweden. As our business is global, travel is a natural and necessary part of our work.
We are looking for a dedicated, structured and dynamic individual. We expect you to have a strong analytical mindset, a methodical approach and a strong business acumen. You are a team player who enjoys to work in an international- and results oriented environment. We believe you have a University degree, preferably in engineering or business, with studies abroad. In terms of work experience we value commercial and analytical experience, both domestic and abroad. We expect you to be fluent in English and Swedish, while other language skills are of great benefit.
