My name is Cecilia Rudeberg, and I will be the hiring manager for this position. I’m Manager for Marcom & Operations Business Control at Dustin and I’m looking for a person who will have a key role by having the group responsibility for financial management towards our Marketing & Communications organization. What does a Business Controller do at Dustin?
As a Business Controller for MarCom, you get to take on responsibility for MarCom controlling for the group. This includes both recurring tasks and ad hoc analyses where you will work with a high degree of freedom. You will get the opportunity to work independently with driving our processes forward while having support from an experienced controller team, so you never walk alone.
The role consists of both financial and business controlling related tasks where you will get the autonomy to drive monthly closing. financial planning & reporting, as well as carrying out analyses to support the management. This role is involved in our integration with Nordics and Benelux, where you will have the possibility to implement initiatives towards greater efficiency and drive optimization through important analyses.

What you bring
- 3-5 years of experience in financial or business control positions
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Solid understanding of the business perspective of finance
- System savvy and experience working with BI-tools
- Experience in the IT Industry is meritorious
