Atlas Copco is now looking for a motivated and goal oriented Sustainability Manager to set and implement the global direction for the companys sustainability goals.
Sustainability is at the core of Atlas Copco’s mission, vision, and purpose. We are currently looking for a sustainability manager to support the implementation of Atlas Copco Group’s sustainability ambitions and strategy. The person we are looking for is passionate and knowledgeable about sustainability, a skilled project manager and has the ability to function as a driving force to support the implementation of the Atlas Copco Group’s sustainability strategy. In the role as sustainability manager, you are part of a global setting. You will support many different functions and be involved in a wide variety of topics related to the Atlas Copco Group’s sustainability ambitions and strategy.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning, executing or coordinating activities and projects related to Atlas Copco Group’s sustainability strategy and its implementation. For example, projects to review sustainability KPIs, development of the sustainability reporting, conducting a materiality analysis, or other projects within the sustainability field.
- Supporting and collaborating with colleagues from the whole organization to implement, report and communicate Atlas Copco’s sustainability strategy.

What we expect from you
For this role integrity, an ability to work independently and a strong capacity to collaborate is essential. You have an excellent understanding of central sustainability concepts and sustainability requirements from different stakeholders. Experience from working within a multinational corporate environment is a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential, you need to be fluent in English, and mastering Swedish is an advantage. Academic education is required.
The sustainability manager is part of a small corporate team that reports to the Group Vice President Sustainability for Atlas Copco. Does this sound like an exciting opportunity?
