Arla is looking for an HR Business Partner, Stockholm Dairy

As the HRBP for Stockholm Dairy you will have a significant impact on the performance of one of our most important dairy with approximately 650 employees.

Are you ready to work on making an important HR impact together with dedicated, top-professional colleagues? If so, we have just the job for you as HR Business Partner at Stockholm dairy, responsible for our local HR activities. Stockholm Dairy, located in Kallhäll, handle around 800 tons milk every day and produce fresh dairy products.  You will be part of Supply Chain HR in Arla Sweden and you will work closely together with a team of HR Business Partners providing professional support to the Supply Chain organisation in Sweden – and your focus will be the dairy in Stockholm.  In Supply Chain HR we advise and take the lead on initiatives to enhance leadership, competence and organisational development to ensure the best possible organisational performance in order to achieve our business goals. You will report to HR Director Supply Chain SE.

Professional HR support to enhance performance

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead the implementation of the HR strategy and initiatives at our Stockholm Dairy and provide professional support and advice for the line management on all HR issues. As such, you will play a key role as sparring partner for the managers in respect to implementing the overall business strategy as well as managing the day-to-day operation. This includes development of managerial staff and consultative and coaching activities for managers on an individual level. It is also part of your job to ensure that the key HR processes are implemented and anchored throughout the organisation. Therefore, you can also expect to engage in negotiations with the local unions to ensure support for relevant initiatives. This job will give you a unique opportunity to shape your own job and significantly influence the leadership of the dairy as you will be a part of the Stockholm Diary leadership team.  In addition, you will have the freedom to make your own decisions and the chance to create a solid network in a global organisation.

Solid HR insight and consultative skills

You have a relevant education combined with solid experience in developing organisations and managers, this has given you in-depth knowledge of HR. You have gained the experience working as HRBP, consultant or line manager in an international company. Irrespective of your background, you need keen consultative, negotiation and communicative capabilities that enable you to balance between challenging and supporting line managers. You have an energetic and independent personality and use your structured working methods to achieve your and the department’s goals. Maintaining and amplifying your relations comes naturally to you, and you know that the best results are reached in cooperation with others. You should be fluent in Swedish and English.
