Why are we writing this?
Because we need you to help us grow and develop one of our biggest Business Units – Enterprise. We are strong believers in self-governance and want our Business Units to function as companies within the company.
What do we do?
We have been around for quite a while. Back in 1996 we started with annual reports on CD-ROM… Since then, we have grown with our clients to become a premier advisor and partner. They are some of the most well-known companies in Sweden, across a variaty of industries. We are industry leaders in digital corporate communications with a comprehensive understanding the complex environment that large companies, listed companies and organizations operate in. We do it on site working closely with our clients on a wide range of assignments. We have people that range from developers to project managers, creatives and UX:ers, content and digital strategy specialists to client directors.

What will you do?
Dare to make decisions regarding our operations. This is because we know that the best decisions are made by the people impacted by them. We believe you are a business-minded leader ready to go all-in on self-governance.
Your team is some 35 people, with a handful of line managers reporting directly to you. You report to the CEO, being part of our Everywhere Management Team. You are based in our Stockholm Office on Sveavägen, between Hötorget and Sergels Torg.
Who are you?
We believe you have previous experience from working as a consultant and we think you are no stranger to the digital world. You are a bit of a visionary and of course you are interested in growing our business. It is likely you have experience gained from large and complex projects that spans both communications and IT. Being the intermediary of these two functions is one of Comprend’s core strengths.
You probably have experience from the consulting world in a managing role and understand the challenges large corporations face when it comes to digital communication. You don’t have to have expertise in the IT area since you lead a team of experts but you need to have some understanding of what they are talking about. You, of course, have a growth mindset, and are motivated by results.
What is Staffan like as a manager?
A father of two and an enthusiastic golfer, that really gets started when talking about new research, ideas and concepts. I run fast and I need people around me who can challenge me when it comes to new ideas and our direction. If your idea is better than mine – well then nobody is happier than me! I will give you a lot of freedom to think, develop and execute together with your team. I promise to provide support and space-holding.
