F15 (FutureFifteen)

The Arla F15® Graduate Programme is flexible to match the individual yet structured to ensure that you are exposed to a versatile picture of Arla Foods as a company and workplace. The programme consists of three job rotations of eight months each.

During the F15® Graduate Programme, you will find yourself in three jobs within different business groups and funtional areas. You enter at least one international position in one of Arla’s subsidiaries e.g. in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, UK, Germany, Poland, Argentina, USA, China or Dubai.

Also, at least one of your positions will be at Arla’s headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. Although you have a master’s degree within a specific field e.g. finance, technology or marketing, we will challenge you to assume a position within a different field to make you gain a broad experience of Arla before you set your mind on a specific career. Team trainings accelerate your development.

The F15® Graduate Programme begins in September with a thorough introduction course to the various fundamentals of the Arla value chain – what we call ‘From Cow to Consumer’.

During the Graduate Programme you will attend team trainings with your F15 colleagues. Arla designs the team trainings targeted to you and closely linked to your role in the organisation. The training enhances your performance and people skills to boost your professional and personal development within business strategy, organisational understanding, project management and leadership competence.

To anchor your new skills, you will conduct two team projects with your F15® colleagues, one of which will be on innovation. These projects are an add-ons to your job and you will involve and report to stakeholders from across Arla. Performance reviews to keep you on track.

During and at the end of each rotation, your host manager will evaluate your performance and behaviour in the current position: Did you reach the objectives and how? This input will inspire you to work with your Personal Development Plan and bring focus to your strengths and areas for improvement.

Arla Talents as your personal sponsor

Throughout the F15® Graduate Programme, you will be coached by a personal sponsor from our Talent Acceleration Programme (Senior Managers and Directors) who will guide you on your Personal Development Plan and help you build strong networks with colleagues and decision makers.

Supply chain graduate programme

Arla Foods is one of the world’s largest dairy companies. Right now, we are welcoming talented technical graduates who possess the intellectual power, global mindset and innovative ambition to pursue an international career, at our productions sites. The purpose of the Supply Chain Graduate Programme is to ensure that we have the right talents to take over strategic positions at our Production Sites worldwide in the future.

During the Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you will find yourself at three different production sites for one year at a time. You might start out at one of our sites in your home country but you will also enter a position abroad. We will ensure that you get the right challenges at the right time to unfold your potential and show us what you have got.

During the programme you will be trained in leadership, strategy execution and process facilitation to enhance your performance and people skills and to boost your professional and personal development.

Our former and current graduates have been working on projects closely connected to:

– Optimisation possibilities within our production for working even greener and more cost-conscious

– Facilitation of lean principles implementation

– Quality and process management

– Projects to meet technical, production and logistical challenges

– Team management

On-the-job as well as formalised training will be closely linked to your role in the organisation. We will nurture your talent for becoming a future leader in Arla, and among other things, you will learn how to form high-performing teams.

Performance review and the privilege of a sponsor

In the Supply Chain Graduate Programme you will have one-to-ones with a sponsor from the Supply Chain Board. Your sponsor will guide you in relation to your personal development plan and help you build strong networks with colleagues and decision makers. At the end of each one-year position, your host manager will evaluate your performance and behaviour in the current position: Did you reach the objectives and how? This input will inspire you to work with your personal development plan, and bring attention to your strengths and improvement areas. Good Work, Good Growth

Arla’s Summer Internship Programme provides you with a great opportunity to gain invaluable practical work experience during your summer break. You will be immersed in your own project at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, get a host manager who will be your sponsor during the entire internship, and also benefit from personal development events organised by HR.

You will be based in our global HQ in Aarhus, Denmark and we will have a wide range of business-critical projects for you to work on – perhaps within your present functional area, perhaps within another function in order to challenge and develop your competency profile. Regardless of functional area, we promise to give you challenging and demanding tasks that are key to the ongoing development of our business and to you.
