4potentials has been conducting international recruitment since 2010. Since its inception on Gotland (Sweden) in 2010, 4potentials has grown steadily and now operates in 70 countries.
We are now looking for talented individuals and leaders—people who are humble, driven, and wise, and who excel as leaders or specialists.
We will carry out a selection process during the autumn, aiming to present a TOP 20 list in early 2026 that will be viewed with great interest by many.

To make the list, you must be:
– Driven
– Personable and humble
– Analytical
– Fluent in Swedish plus two other languages
– A specialist or a leader
– Now living international (and yes Finland, Denmark are international)
